My sister reported her floor was wet this morning...

This will be the first test of a new home warranty- covers just about everything- they will repair or replace water heater for only an $85 deductible.

Made an appointment for tomorrow. We'll see.

I have to say after the 5th visit the AC is finally working well. We made it throgh that 100+ degree heatwave at a very comfortable 74 degrees.

Turns ot it wasn't a con-ed problem at all- or voltage is still around 110 and it's working fine.

We put a water detector next to it- we should hear it if it floods.

Also it is right next to my sister's bedroom so she'd see/hear it overnight.

Will probably have to move one day... The disability I'm getting won't keep up with the bills and the $3800 /mo mortgage payment here. It will be a nightmare to move in my condition but probably will be only option.
