Bring AMB-style Rep Comments to JUOT?

Back in the vBulletin days I wrote a "Rep" feature that was very popular on AMB. You're all familiar with the "Like" button functionality, but this Rep Feature allowed you to leave a little note that would appear under the post. People liked it a lot and it became a staple of AMB. When AMB switched to XenForo I had to rewrite the feature. Though it works a little differently, the idea is the same.

For example, here is a plain post on AMB. Notice the Rep button next to the Like button.



When you press it a popup comes up where you enter your comment (limited to 255 characters)



Once you submit the comment, it appears under the post like so



One thing to note about Rep is that it is permanent. Rep Comments cannot be edited or deleted.

Is this a feature you guys would like to see here on JUOT? I will honor whatever the poll decides.
