Delicious. And not bad for a last minute audible. My smoker was a wreck from the snow, so I did then on the Weber grill instead. Just put the coals on one side with some wood, ribs on the other. Temps stayed between 250-275 the whole time. But cooked a little fast.Looks to have a nice finish. How were they?
I’ve definitely done the cabbage ribs. Those come out so tenderRibs look good to me. If concerned about speed on a grill... highly recommend wrapping in green cabbage and foil.
