Jeep Commander gets stuck in a little snow...

Luck had nothing to do with it- I researched what I wanted and waited almost 3 months for it to be built and delivered with my name on it.
Picky bastard?

Naw, I wouldn't mind Selec-Trac in 4.7L. I would take it over QTII but I like Quadra Drive.... but I guess I could add the limited slip. Did yours have a D35 or a D44a in the rear?

My WJ had the most advanced 4WD system ever created by Jeep - Select-Trac, and I was in 4-High in those pics.
You're such a fawking retard. You still had open diffs and even a QTII Commander has 4WBLS. Your SFA and stock suspension/tires does not make it better in the snow than a commander with a small lift and vastly superior tires.

spiders stripped out, i wasn't going to drop $250 on a lunch box locker for it. said fawk it.....and had a friend of a friend weld the spiders.
How many miles did you drive it after that?

I wana put 8.8 in ZJ, positioning all brackets would prob be a PITA tho. Would also have to re-gear something, Jeep has 3.55's.

And yet it clearly performed far better... I didn't want to take all the credit, nor will I, but my WJ, ZJ, or XJ wouldn't have gotten stuck in the snow and dirt in the picture above... just wouldn't have happened- and those of us who have owned and driven such vehichles know it wouldn't even be close to getting stuck.

ooooffff.......ummmmmm.........lemme think. *i* drove it for another 15K or so, sold it like that, friends little brother bought it then put another 15K on it like that....then the guy he sold it to drove it for a little bit then it broke. friends little brother was FAR MORE harder on that rear end than I was though. he used ZJ as a tow vehicle.

you can find exploder 8.8's in them w/ 3.55's, probably the most common ratio ive seen in them. some V6's had optional 4.10's, and even some V8's had 4.10's in em. hell....even some rangers had 4.56's stock in the 8.8 rear ends too...

Doesn't fawking matter that ground- it's below freezing out- that ground is solid... it's not like snow on top of sand... there's grass there too- my land just wasn't as torn up. Like I said- NOT EVEN CLOSE to being an issue... if it was close then maybe your argument holds water.
