Working on getting what is owed to each today (it's hard @ work) Im thinking im going to end up being owed $. Even though between me and her, she was the one that suggested she was owed $...even though I slapped that idea dead in the water.

It was suggested to me by my real estate agent that we decide who owes what, then once that is figured out, she can sign the quick claim deed. It was suggested as well that she stay on the loan for a year (or more) - to help her out in the sense that it will keep her credit alive. And to help me out to save $ to refi.

Refi will cost $4500...

Does ex owe any of that? Or should I even bother? I would factor that into what all we both have put/need to put in...

get her off of the note and the deed as quickly as possible.

you need to let your RE agent know that after six months there as been NO measurable appreciation in your house. no money is owed.

find a different lender. $4500 sounds steep.

don't some institutions refi at no cost?

I would NOT keep her on any legal paperwork. :2cents:
I've never heard of no-cost refi, that's not to say it doesn't exist. The loan is through WF, and my Real estate agent told me to base refi costs @ 2.5-3.5% of the payoff price.

I am really leaning towards getting her out all together, but I don't really have 4500$ laying around (since all of the other expenses have come up with this situation...)

By no money is owed, you mean between me and ex?

4500$ = 3% of 150000. Rule of thumb?

call WF directly and see what product they have....since you are already with them, you may be able to do a low cost streamline loan.......not much is going to change with your note so they may have a better solution.

again your RE agents sounds like a jack ass.

How do I get her to leave? She keeps delaying moving the last of her sh!t out, I can't force her to do anything.

What reprocussions can she bring on me if I toss her stuff in the yard, change the locks and leave her a message telling her that?

She HAS NOT signed the quitclaim deed, I felt she should help resolve some of the debt I will be incurring from this transition, she won't sign a qcd untill she is assured she won't have to pay a dime.

This is extra tough because Im still attached...yes being as tooms would call me a "pussy" - but I won't be getting over her in a month after all we had been through over the last three years.

Dude...very sorry you are dealing w/that fing bs!

:beerchug: Have a beer or 12 tonight. :)
Done and done. Went out w/some guys from work - good thing where we went was within walking distance from my house - driving would have been a bad idea. :D :yup:

She is supposed to be coming by tomarrow to get her sh!t out of the house (and into the garage) and so we can talk about how we both want to be sitting financially through this. I'm not holding my breath though, she called me today - I don't answer her calls, but only one reason I can think of for her to be calling me today - to cancel. :naw:
