The USA should take over Canada up to the 49th Parallel

For too long we've allowed Canadian influence south of the 49th parallel. They've set up entire cities like Toronto... It is our Manifest Destiny however to control all the land south of the 49th parallel and north of whatever god-forsaken river divides mexico and texas.
