I was hoping to get a reaction from the "licking his jizz......." comment.
I'm trying to stick with the fact that it's a real guy going through a real situation and I'm betting some unbelievable real pain. So, in light of what happened to my BIL a few months ago, I don't dork around with people's pain.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to have a witness there to also sign the papers once she signs. Otherwise she'll just change her mind later and say he forged it.

I know what you mean about the reon thing, at this point I would seriously not be suprised by anything.

he's 23. dating "nice girls" should be the last thing on his mind. he needs to go out and find the easiest tail in town and SOW OATS. nice girls are for marrying...should not be a concern of his for at least 10 years.No lesson learned dummy. Im going to say yes, as I paid the majority of the Mtg and everything else was split fairly evenly.
